Pavers versus concrete, asphalt, mortar flagstone and mortar brick

Question #1: Will pavers fade or crack like concrete or mortar in flagstone or brick would?

Answer: No, they will not crack or fade.

Question #2: Can any repair get done underground (if any) after pavers are set?

Answer: Yes, you can easily remove pavers and do your repair then you can put back your pavers in no time and it will be less cost effective then repairing flagstone or concrete, on the concrete side you can't repair easy under concrete or any mortar hard surface without going through the hassle of breaking it then patch it getting two different looks after the repair, and the cost will be up to three times or more then pavers.

Question #3: Are pavers stronger then concrete?

Answer: Yes, up to four times stronger.

Question #4: Will any weeds be growing in pavers?

Answer: No, we know you want something maintenance free with the same appearance all the time and we know you're looking for the best quality products available in the market to fit your needs that's why we use our special sand (polimeric sand two colors available) for infill, this sand will keep the pavers from moving and prevent water going through and underneath your pavers creating a hard surface between pavers for their protection, other sands can have weeds grow in pavers and can cause water go under and wash off sand underneath pavers causing pavers to sink or shift from their place (unless you apply a special sealer).

Question #5: Can pavers be clean in case of and stain accident if sealer was not apply?

Answer: Yes, you can power wash our pavers with no worries since our paver are made with full color all the way through not like other pavers out there made out of only less than 3/8" of color causing pavers to fade. Also you will need to use a paver stain remover to help you getting the look you are looking for (don't use any stain remover since you can bleach or fade the color of you pavers, you can call us and we will gladly give you some recommendations or do it for you).

Question #6: Are pavers cost effective versus concrete or other pavers?

Answer: Yes, the pavers we use not only are two times or maybe three times stronger than other pavers out there by SQ FT (square footage) but also they are full color pavers all the way throughout and they are very economical, so not only you get a stronger paver and a better color or texture quality than every body out there you get more for you money, so stop paying retail for pavers with color that will last you for a few year or even months like concrete and call us for a free estimate or if you have any more questions about our multi selection of pavers, colors and textures. Question #7: Do you recommend sealing the pavers?

Answer: We normally don't seal the paver at the end of the project (Unless requested by owner at additional cost) but we recommend to apply a sealer to protect them from any stains, tire marks, car oil, grease or anything that can damage the looks of the surface. You can find different types of sealers in different stores but we recommend you hire a professional to do it to get you the right sealer appropriate for pavers (don't just use any sealer).
